I am H. Edward Phillips, Attorney at Law, and
I have been serving the legal community for
over 16 years. I am licensed to practice in
both North Carolina and Tennessee and am
also admitted before the bar of The Supreme
Court of the United States. My sole focus is
protecting your legal rights and assisting
you in navigating your path through our

In
me you will have an advocate who will seek to
protect your rights and fight hard to ensure
that justice is done. My practice centers on
general areas of law, including but not limited
to the following: wills, trusts, estate
planning, mortgage reform, establishing small
businesses, debtor creditor issues, traffic
citations (including speeding tickets),
assistance with misdemeanor charges and
probation violations.
I also have substantial experience in the field of utility regulation and can assist you in matters before the North Carolina Utilities Commission and the Tennessee Regulatory Authority.

have little power, influence or resources. I am

Mortgage Modification and Banking issues have taken the lead for Mr. Phillips this month. He and a fellow attorney in Wake Forest have joined forces to file suit against an out-of-state bank in order to ensure fair treatment for their clients. In other words, whatever you do, never admit guilt as the State has the burden to prove that you committed the conduct for which you are being charged.
